What is your current job title? Where do you work? What is a brief summary of your job description?
I currently am an energy and sustainability lead at Merck & Co., Inc. in Elkton, Virginia.
Why did you decide to become a member of the Duke Club and make a gift to the Proud & True Fund?
I decided to become a member and make a gift to have access to games where I can support athletes and parking.
What has been your favorite part of being a member of the Duke Club?
I enjoy being a member because of the access it allows me.
What has kept you involved as a member of the Duke Club?
Wanting to grow the program has kept me a member.
Do you have a favorite JMU team(s)? Why is the team(s) your favorite?
Football, men and women’s basketball and softball are my favorite JMU teams.
What do you love most about JMU Athletics?
I love the spirit, excitement, and the feeling of being a part of it.
Do you have a favorite moment in JMU Athletics history?
My favorite moment in JMU Athletics history was the softball College World Series.
Do you have any game day fan traditions?
My tradition involves the same tailgate group for 15 years... didn't know any of them during school.
What advice do you give to other JMU fans and friends to encourage them to give and get involved with the Duke Club?
I advise providing help and gaining access.
