SDC Student Ticketing Information

One of the great benefits of being a member of SDC means that you get 24 hour early access to reserve your student tickets for football and basketball games!

SDC members will gain access at 9 a.m. - 24 hours before tickets go live to the remaining general student body. Read below for information regarding specifically to football, basketball and how to activate your student ticketing account.

Please note, your SDC membership will be reflected on your ticket account a minimum of one (1) business day following your SDC membership payment. Processing timelines may affect your ability to receive early access.

HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR STUDENT TICKETING ACCOUNT

All first time users going to request a student ticket must activate their account. Do NOT create an account in the system. You already have an account via your Student ID. You just need to activate it using the steps below.

Steps to Activate (for first-time users)

Go to Student.JMUTickets.com
Enter your Student Email and click Continue. This will be your (dukes.jmu.edu) email address.
Click Forgot Password and you will be asked to create a password. This will be different than your EID password. You can also sing in with a code.
Once a new password is created and information is checked. Your account is now active.
Create your password and finish
Your account is now active. The next time you login use your email address (dukes.jmu.edu) and the password you just created.

NOTE: Do not create an account in the system. You will already have an account within our system via your Student ID and email (dukes.jmu.edu) starting the first semester you are enrolled. You just need to register your account using the steps above.

FOOTBALL STUDENT TICKET INFORMATION

Students should reserve their ticket in advance of each home game. Tickets can be reserved at Student.JMUTickets.com and will be be available on the Monday twelve (12) days prior to each home game starting at 9 a.m. SDC members will receive an email the morning of selection Monday that tickets are available.

In order to qualify for SDC early football ticket access, you must become a member by 12 p.m. the Friday before selection Monday. Students who join SDC after 12 p.m. on Fridays will not have access to early tickets and can select on Tuesday with the general student body. Your early access will be in affect for the following home games.

2025 SDC Early Access Dates:

Monday, August 18th
Monday, September 15th
Monday, September 29th
Monday, October 6th
Monday, November 3rd
Monday, November 10th

BASKETBALL STUDENT TICKET INFORMATION

Students should reserve their ticket in advance of each home game. Tickets can reserved at Student.JMUTickets.com and will be available at the end of the month for the coming month. Please note, there are exceptions to this in regards to the academic calendar. All SDC members will receive an email the morning of selection Monday that tickets are available.

In order to qualify for SDC early basketball ticket access, you must become a member by 12 p.m. the Friday before a selection Monday. Students who join SDC after 12 p.m. on Fridays will not have access to early tickets and can select on Tuesday with the general student body.

Duke Club hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Yes, tickets can be returned up until four hours prior to game time.
To return, log in to your student account and select “My Tickets.” Click the fifth option down and follow the steps to return.
Any tickets returned will be released and available to the student body on game day.
Call the Duke Club or JMU Ticket office and our staff will be able to merge your accounts!

Students who reserve a student ticket(s) for football, but do not attend twice in a season. They will lose ticket privileges for the remainder of the season, including post season play.
